Dr. Gina received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2010 from The University of South Dakota. She has worked in several communities in Southern Minnesota over the past 12 years as a PT with many people of different ages and stages. With a growing personal and professional interest in pelvic health, she has continued her education through specialized training for pelvic floor physical therapy. She currently sees patients at Bodikey Physical Therapy in Mankato and at the New Ulm location at New Ulm CrossFit. She enjoys helping women with pelvic pain, incontinence (leaking pee or poop), painful intercourse, diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse (heaviness, dragging, bulging in vagina), among many other musculoskeletal conditions.
She has 2 daughters and the experience of carrying and birthing has lead her on a journey of discovery and learning about her own pelvic health challenges and how to help others. When not in the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughters, walking or hiking with her dog, cooking and reading.
