Lauren Bierer found herself in this fascinating world of birth in 2010 after watching a documentary or two and reading a few books. By 2011, she was attending a Doula training workshop with DONA and has been honored to attend births in Southern Minnesota in hospitals and at homes as a Doula ever since. She currently teaches childbirth education and breastfeeding classes at a local clinic and encourages her clients to seek information about birth and gentle parenting so that they can make informed choices that fit their family.
Lauren stays busy at home with her three children. To get her through the days she loves creating healthy delights in the kitchen, drinking tea, knitting and making homemade cleaning products.
