We warmly invite new members to complete their paperwork and join us at our next quarterly meeting. It’s the perfect time to connect, learn more, and have all your questions answered. You can find the details for the next quarterly meeting under the Events tab.
In order to join you must return:
1. Signed Code of Conduct Agreement
2. Completed Membership Form
3. Annual dues (make checks payable to Deep Valley Birth Collective) or contact us for other payment options
These forms and the annual dues can either be returned in person at a meeting or can be mailed to:

Once you join, you’ll receive an invitation to the Deep Valley Birth Collective private Facebook group for members. As a member, you will submit your bio and photo to Miranda Winkels for inclusion on our website. Please ensure your bio is written exactly as you want it to appear and includes all of your preferred contact information.
